Suspending Flashcards

Purpose
Section titled “Purpose”Suspending removes a flashcard from study sessions until you unsuspend it.
The flashcard is kept in your collection, but it is not shown for review.
Unlike burying, suspension does not reset automatically.
Suspend Steps
Section titled “Suspend Steps”During a study session
Section titled “During a study session”- Press
Son your keyboard, or - Open the More menu (press
Mor tap …) and choose Suspend.
From the Flashcard Library
Section titled “From the Flashcard Library”- Open the Flashcard Library.
- Select one or more flashcards.
- Click the Suspend button in the bulk actions bar.
To unsuspend, select suspended flashcards and click Unsuspend.
Find Suspended
Section titled “Find Suspended”In Flashcard Library, filter by Stage -> Suspended.
Use Cases
Section titled “Use Cases”Suspending is useful when:
- A flashcard is outdated or incorrect and you want to stop reviewing it until you fix the content.
- You’re studying a subset of material (for example only certain chapters) and want to temporarily exclude other flashcards.
- A flashcard is a leech and you need to rewrite it before continuing.
