You write in Markdown first, then turn the most useful parts into study material.
Notes-First Workflow
Section titled “Notes-First Workflow”The basic flow is:
- write or refine a note
- add flashcard content where needed
- Sync your database
- review the resulting flashcards
- come back and improve the source note over time
Why Notes Matter
Section titled “Why Notes Matter”Notes are not just a place where flashcards start.
They are the source of truth for your material. That means a good note structure usually leads to cleaner flashcards, easier edits, and fewer sync problems.
Good Habits
Section titled “Good Habits”- keep headings clear and predictable
- make prompts concise and answers specific
- avoid overly dense flashcards pulled from messy paragraphs
- fix source notes instead of patching around bad flashcard output later
